The Eremo Farm (n.t. “Hermitage”, in Italian) is built over the remains of a 17th century Benedictine convent situated inside the Euganean Hills Park, whose property has been taken care of by the Zavattiero family since 1930.
The Eremo Farm has been totally remodelled, in full respect of the enchanting environment, re-utilising part of the original brick material. The farm lies on a piece of land of more than 10 hectares, cultivated primarily in vineyards and vegetables, where a wide variety of farm animals wander freely.

The cuisine is based on typical Venetian dishes, realised with the farm’s own products and prepared according to traditional recipes.
Among the tastiest appetizers are the salamis produced from the animals raised exclusively on the farm, while the first courses are distinguished by egg-pasta, dressed with the typical sauces of the Euganean Hills Park, including duck ragout. The second courses include roast field chicken and typical top round meat, as well as boiled meats when they are in season, accompanied by traditional local sauces.
We also propose exquisite homemade cakes for dessert.
All of this is accompanied by the precious wines produced on the farm, knowingly proposed and selected with the experience of the Zavattiero family.
The Eremo Farm also hosts banquets for any type of personal or business ceremony.In addition to the Eremo Farm’s enological and gastronomic proposals, we also have mini-apartments that sleep three or four persons, to allow guests to enjoy the wonderful countryside and spend hours in total relaxation, in healthful country surroundings. We can arrange you’re your overnight stay, the cuisine is open friday, saturday and sunday.
